I’m taking a stroll through Rochelle’s Friday Fictioneers archives and found this photo contribution. Friday Fictioneers is a weekly flash fiction challenge to create a 100 word story based on a photo prompt and then receive as well as share feedback with writers from around the world. Approx 100 submissions are entered every week.

***Friday Fictioneers contribution #5***

word count: 100

If the sound of ocean waves rising and falling is your idea of the perfect alarm clock to awaken you to a new day, then you must see our newly listed beach property! Boasting a 360 degree ocean view, this little slice of heaven on earth will serve you well with open air breezes and semi private walkway surrounding your stucco Mediterranean influenced villa.  Square footage in an ideal location such as this may be surprisingly affordable.

Welcome home!

  1. Very good! While house-hunting I’ve found all sorts of terms just like this. “Low-maintenance garden” = no grass. “Cosy” = you’ll be lucky to fit through the door. And so on.
